Sending messages through the P&F Messaging system Follow
The P&F Messaging System allows P&F representatives to email all the parents of students within a year.
Important Notes
- The Message field - This sends a single paragraph without any formatting (new lines etc...). If you would like to send something that is formatted, we recommend you attach a document with all the information in it.
Access the class messaging form

Log into MyGSG using your parent information

Open the Parents and Friends page by clicking Community Menu and selecting Parents and Friends

Look for the Class Messaging section on the page.

All the class list's that you have permissions to will display as a button. Click on the class that you want to message.

When prompted to Sign into Microsoft, enter YourID@parent.gsg.wa.edu.au and your password.

When prompted to Stay signed in, click either No or Yes. We recommend you click Yes to speed the process up in the future.
Sending a class message

Enter the information that you would like to send your class parents.
- Subject | The subject that will be used in the email
- Message | The body text that will be used in the email. This will be sent as a single paragraph so if you would like to send something that is formatted, we recommend you attach a document with all the information in it.
- Attachment | Upload an attachment to be included in the email.

Click Send.
