Accessing Reports through MyGSG Follow
MyGSG is Great Southern Grammar’s new online portal. Your first stop for information about the school and your child.
To access MyGSG, navigate to the Great Southern Grammar website and click ‘MyGSG’, which can be found in the top right corner.

Alternatively, to access MyGSG directly, go to my.gsg.wa.edu.au in your web browser. |
You will be prompted for your Great Southern Grammar username and password before you can proceed. This will be your User ID (located at the bottom of your finance statement).

If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘Forgot Password’ link to receive a security code via email so you can reset your password. If you are still having problems accessing your account after a password reset, please contact the GSG IT Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@gsg.wa.edu.au or phoning 98 440333. |
When MyGSG loads, you will have access to a range of resources across Great Southern Grammar. To access academic reports, select ‘More...’.
In the ‘Parent Information’ section of the portal, select 'SEQTA Engage'. SEQTA Engage is the place you go for access to your child’s academic reports, assessment results, timetable and course outlines. (Please note, course outlines and timetables are only available for students in Years Seven to Twelve).
In SEQTA Engage, select ‘Reports’ from the menu items on the left to access current and historical academic reports.
Each report is attached to the internal GSG semester code. Below that code is a link to your child’s report for either the interim or semester period. Click on the report to view a PDF copy.
When the report displays, you can view it online. If you wish to make a copy, use your browser’s PDF save function, or print the document using your browser’s print function.
